Job summary

Telecare King County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of the program in King County. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and partner with corporate leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes and fiscal accountability.

The role requires an advanced clinical license, several years in healthcare administration, and a commitment to Telecare's recovery-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Services is required.
• Current WA independent clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is required.
• Four years of administrative management experience in healthcare.
• Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle (IRS mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, operational, and financial success of the King County E&T program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
