Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an Administrator to drive the clinical and financial success of an inpatient program in Santa Cruz, CA. You will oversee daily operations, lead the care team, and coordinate with corporate functions and external partners to ensure high quality services.

You will participate in an on-call rotation, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure safety across clinical and business performance pillars. A strong background in mental health administration is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Services with CA LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or RN license.
• Four years of experience in an administrative management position in an inpatient psychiatric health care setting.
• Two years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain certification.
• Post-offer clearances including background checks, licensure verification, and driving/insurance requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle with IRS mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Program to ensure clinical quality and financial stability.
• Lead the team providing patient care and manage the business operations of the Program.
• Manage four pillars of performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, outside consultants, and relevant agencies and community partners.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within defined timeframes.
