Axxess is seeking a Behavioral Health Product Manager who will own the behavioral health product suite, ensuring investments align with customer needs and industry trends.

You will work with customers, industry experts, and internal teams to translate workflows into technology, drive roadmaps, and deliver value. The role requires Agile practices and a passion for improving care delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years' experience in behavioral health including management experience.
• Product Manager experience preferred.
• Ability to convert market opportunities into operational plans with development teams.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health operations and regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Pragmatic Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Translate understanding of behavioral health workflows into technology solutions in partnership with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with customers and user groups to reflect the voice of the customer in processes.
• Partner with domain experts to highlight emerging practice trends.
• Translate problems into product requirements, roadmaps, and tactics.
• Conduct product research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
• Measure adoption and business value of behavioral health features.
