Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
5+ years in behavioral health with management experience.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health operations and regulations.
Experience translating market opportunities into operational plans.
Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.

Responsibilities

Translate understanding of behavioral health workflows into technology solutions with engineering.
Collaborate with customers, user groups, and healthcare associations to reflect the voice of the customer.
Highlight emerging practice trends with internal/external domain experts.
Collaborate to translate problem statements, market analysis, and regulatory factors into roadmaps and product requirements.
Conduct product research to understand competition, growth opportunities, and measurable value for customers.
Measure adoption and value of behavioral health features to the business.
Evangelize the product to customers, represent at trade shows, and support the sales process.
