Job summary

Axxess is seeking a Product Manager for Home Health to drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and guide technology solutions from conception to launch. You will help build and execute long-term roadmaps, break down complex problems, and push product development with a bias toward action.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Home Health, 2+ years in product management, and strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years' experience in Home Health is required.
• 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager is highly preferred.
• Experience in software development environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with the product team on vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Drive feature development with deep home health subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering to translate problems into product needs.
• Develop requirement documents and mockups to illustrate product ideas.
• Present feature requirements and mockups to leadership.
• Research client needs, tech trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
• Document market intelligence and track regulatory changes.
• Educate clients and contacts on product features and releases.
• Measure adoption and business value of features and services.

Product Manager-Home Health who is passionate about driving the partnership with internal stakeholders to guide technology solutions from conception to launch. What you will do…

• Work with the product team on product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Drive feature development through strong subject matter expertise in home health
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering and other teams to translate problem statements into product needs
• Develop requirement documents and mockup to clearly illustrate products ideas and concepts
• Present upcoming feature requirements and mockups to executive and engineering leadership
• Conduct research and develop a thorough understanding of client needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors
• Develop and document market and competitive intelligence and track regulatory changes and deadlines
• Educate internal and external clients and contacts on product features and releases
• Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products, and services to determine business value to client and company

What you bring…

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years' experience in Home Health required
• 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager, highly preferred
• Product management experience within a software development environment
• Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solution and/or applications, preferred
• Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, event driven, high-performance workplace
• Demonstrated ability to convert market opportunity into operational plans
• Presentation skills, including the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audience
• The will to collaborate, negotiate and influence, effectively in a team environment
• Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills

If local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, this role requires a hybrid work schedule, including a minimum of three days per week in the office.
