Qualifications

• Experience supervising accounting staff or teams.
• Proficient in budget analysis and forecasting across multiple funding sources.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with public sector financial systems (MUNIS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Supervising Accountants and accounting support staff.
• Managing BHSA, Realignment and BHRS revenue; conducting complex budget analysis, monitoring and forecasting.
