Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Data & Analytics Director to lead a nationally significant program that collects, analyzes, and shares behavioral health data.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure reliable data, modern technology, and high-quality public-facing resources. The role requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of federal health program leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and cloud/open-source experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in behavioral health, public health, statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years leading large federal health or public health programs.
• Language: English fluency, oral and written.
• Security: Ability to attain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nationally significant behavioral health data program.
• Guide a multidisciplinary team ensuring reliable data and high-quality resources.
• Oversee cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and open-source work.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while delivering results.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral health, public health, statistics, survey methodology, research, information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field
