Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Clinician to deliver high-quality behavioral services for adults and children with complex behavioral health needs. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes.

The role requires advanced behavioral health knowledge, independent clinical judgment, and collaboration with families, staff, and external stakeholders. Hybrid work and on-site duties are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, Counseling or a related field.
• Valid state license or certification (BCBA, LCSW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, PBSF).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, including work with mentally ill and intellectually disabled populations.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in BSLS programs and regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and monitors individualized behavior treatment plans using data analysis.
• Provides face-to-face clinical services and crisis response as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to guide care planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintains thorough clinical documentation including PBSPs, FBAs, and summaries.
• Delivers staff training and conducts debriefings after incidents.
