BCI is hiring a SBS to join us in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Senior behavior specialists (SBSs) have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and are making significant progress toward certification, licensure, and credentialing. SBSs deliver treatment by protocol using best practices in ABA under the supervision of a behavior analyst, with high independence and technical skills, given their experience. They also assist behavior analysts in supervising cases and modifying protocols while accruing hours toward certification and building skills for becoming a behavior analyst.

Our clinicians are committed to delivering person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. We strive to nurture the potential of every child in our care and set them up for success in school and life.

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build skills needed for a happy and fulfilling life.

As a Senior Behavior Specialist (SBS) at BCI, you’ll be part of our parent company, LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers offering collaborative care across communities from coast to coast. LEARN employs over 500 BCBAs and provides services in 18 states and growing.
