BCI is hiring a SBS to join us in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Senior behavior specialists (SBSs) have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and are working toward certification, licensure, and credentialing. SBSs deliver treatment by protocol using best practices in ABA under the supervision of a behavior analyst, with high independence and technical skills. They also support behavior analysts in supervising cases, modifying protocols, and accruing hours for certification, preparing for a future as a behavior analyst.

Our clinicians are committed to delivering person-centered, assent-based care. We aim to nurture each child's potential and set them up for success in school and life.

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism succeed. Our goal is to empower clients to develop skills for a happy, fulfilling life.
