• Experience across USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central America and South America.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of beef suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with packers, processors, exporters, brokers, and distributors across key beef origins.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and supplier diversification to strengthen Andes’ beef supply network.
