Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required.
Minimum 5-6 years of PD experience.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

Work closely with VP and team to support new formula and packaging initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure development synergies and fulfill special requests.
Manage formula and new product development ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Assist in coordinating agendas, reviewing submissions, tracking key approvals and milestone dates.
Manage category specific shade analysis and lineup selections; present learnings and recommendations.
Drive briefs and manage recurring formula submissions from labs and vendors.
Coordinate formula and shade approval processes between vendors and brand stakeholders.
Oversee product and packaging submissions and samples.
