CivicMinds, Inc. in St. Louis seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead client growth strategies within the Corporate and industry practice groups.

You will partner with the CMBDO and firm leaders to define campaigns, monitor performance, and drive revenue through strategic BD initiatives, RFP responses, and executive presentations; travel 10-15% and mentor BD coordinators. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration across partners, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 10–15 years in a B2B, professional services setting.
• Experience with Am Law 200 firms preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio for the Corporate practice group and several industry groups; primary contact for Mktg/BD.
• Make independent decisions in consultation with leaders and CMBDO.
• Lead strategic firm initiatives and serve as a delegate for leadership functions.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to monitor practice group performance and activities.
• Develop and execute business development strategies with CRLs to meet revenue goals.
• Possibly supervise BD Coordinators and oversee strategic direction for groups.
• Define campaigns, tactics, timelines and KPIs for accountability.
• Prepare RFP responses and pitches with pricing collaboration.
• Support process improvement and profitability initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead PG meetings and BD programs; present insights on trends and opportunities.
