Qualifications

• 7+ years of BD/marketing experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong ownership, sound business judgment, and communication; ability to navigate priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop focused business development and marketing plans aligned with practice and firm priorities, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with practice leadership to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive cross-selling.
• Leverage competitive intelligence and industry trends to position the practice and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute high-impact marketing initiatives, including pitches, events, client materials, digital content, and profile-raising activities.
