Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a marketing-related field; JD or MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with 3 years of management experience in the legal or professional services industry.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth strategy for the Corporate practice, esp. M&A & Private Equity.
• Oversee pitches, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations with research support.
• Research and drive client growth opportunities with firm’s research and market intelligence teams.
• Manage client targeting initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Oversee lateral partner strategy and integration for M&A/Private Equity partners.
• Monitor market, client, and competitor trends and share actionable insights.
• Develop and mentor junior BD team members to high performance.
• Write and maintain marketing collateral, web content, pitch books, bios, assets.
• Manage M&A and Private Equity deal database and reporting.
• Contribute to league tables and handle industry awards/directories.
• Evaluate speaking and visibility opportunities.
