Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive business development or marketing experience in professional services.

• Experience leading pitches, client development initiatives and cross-practice opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications valued.
• Proven leadership mentoring business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across Corporate, M&A, and Securities.
• Advise partners and leadership on client growth, market opportunities.
• Lead pitches, RFPs, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across offices and practices.
• Oversee BD budgets and ROI; manage marketing investments.
• Collaborate on thought leadership and market visibility.
• Mentor and develop BD professionals across offices.
