Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical inquiries on Rocket Lab Optical Systems and Mynaric products.
• Draft proposals and Compliance Matrices for customer requirements.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations.
• Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance and forecast demand on a product-by-product basis.
• Support bids, RFPs, and export license processes.
