Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Management Analyst in Plano, TX, to lead and mature our enterprise BCM program across Business Continuity, Technology Recovery, and Vendor Continuity. You will partner with multiple teams to strengthen resilience and ensure governance, controls, and policy alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in BC/DR, with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in business continuity, risk, disaster recovery, or resilience.
• Strong ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience with Archer eGRC and cloud concepts (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BCM program components across business, tech, and vendor continuity.
• Provide second-line oversight to ensure plans are effective, current, and compliant.
• Develop, maintain, review, and enhance BCM policies, procedures, and program documentation.
• Prepare and deliver periodic BCM reporting and metrics for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update, test, and approve recovery plans.
