Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Commerce, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Assessment Supervisor- BCBA to lead clinical assessments, oversight, and treatment planning. This full-time, hybrid role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of ABA assessment experience; you will mentor staff, ensure data integrity, and drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years ABA assessment experience (supervision preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines
• Develop individualized, medically necessary, data-driven treatment plans
• Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals
• Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations
• Ensure accurate dosage, goal selection, and place-of-service determinations
• Complete reports with fidelity and timeliness
• Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff
• Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical collaboration
• Support caregiver communication and training
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month)
• Drive utilization and outcome optimization
• Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active BCBA certification
