Frey Consulting Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Senior BCBA to join a clinician-led organization focused on clinical excellence and ethical care. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and developing clinicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
• Partner with families to support meaningful progress and skill development
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
