Eligible candidates hold a BCBA in good standing, with a Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, and strong leadership and communication skills. Relocation support and a supportive leadership culture are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days.
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers.
