Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Great Falls, MT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise our ABA program. The role involves coordinating services, developing assessments, and guiding treatments for children with diverse needs in clinic, home, and community settings.

The BCBA will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, create plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a growing practice.

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
  • National Board for Certification.
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s.
  • Coordinate and provide services in ABA, functional analyses, assessments.
  • Develop and implement behavior acquisition and reductions procedures.
  • Design adaptive life skills programs and trainings for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust plans as needed.

About Advanced Therapy Clinic

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.

Education and Requirements:
  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
