Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Cockeysville, Maryland, to lead our ABA programs and clinical operations at our new Maryland centers.

The role requires a Master or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and a state license. You will oversee clinical teams, ensure treatment integrity, and drive strategic growth while maintaining our standards of exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
• Must be a licensed BCBA for at least one and a half years.
• Desired traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children; collaborative and empathetic team-player.
