This on-site, full-time role offers a generous salary range of $95,000 to $140,000, plus up to $40K retention, a $10K sign-on or relocation bonus, and a performance bonus, with onboarding and a defined career ladder.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or eligibility prior to start.
• Clinical leadership and mentoring skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and mentor BCBAs.
• Shape ABA care across Maryland.
• Collaborate with center staff on scheduling and logistics.
• Provide structured case consultations and support.
• Support ongoing CEUs and clinical education.
