Job summary

MeBe in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced ABA Site Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Bay Area Learning Center.

You will own the center's culture, develop exceptional clinicians, strengthen community relationships, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families. This role focuses on clinical excellence, business performance, and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on family experience and community trust.

MeBe is seeking an experienced ABA Site Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Bay Area Learning Center.

This is more than a traditional clinic-management role. As Site Director, you will have meaningful ownership of your center and the opportunity to shape its culture, develop exceptional clinicians, strengthen relationships within the community, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.
