Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager to lead the enterprise resiliency program, coordinating crisis management, recovery planning, and testing across technology and business units.

The role requires deep BC/DR expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate with executives, vendors, and stakeholders; onsite in the Greater Charlotte area with opportunities across Regions locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with hands-on BCDR experience.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance as it applies to BCDR planning.
• Financial Services/Banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise resiliency strategy aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide leadership to managers responsible for Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Resilience programs.
• Establish governance, policies, standards, and testing frameworks for readiness and recovery.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical services, mitigate resilience risks, and strengthen stability.
