Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Battery Test Technician to own our battery test lab and drive critical test campaigns from installation through data reporting. You will work closely with systems engineers to develop procedures and analyze results, ensuring safety and reliability across tests.

The role requires hands-on testing of cells and packs, operating cyclers and thermal chambers, and maintaining lab readiness and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware test environments, with 3+ years focused on battery systems.
• Hands-on experience with battery performance and lifecycle tests (HPPC, cycle life, calendar life).
• U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the entire battery test lifecycle from installation to data reporting.
• Champion safety protocols within the battery lab and ensure a secure environment.
• Support lab readiness by assisting in equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory.
