Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Strong understanding of DC power systems, measurements, grounding, protection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute electrical test and validation plans for battery systems (cells, modules, packs, BMS).
• Translate requirements into measurable test cases and validation procedures.
• Define test methods, instrumentation, data acquisition, and test setups.
• Perform hands-on testing in lab environments and analyze results to identify improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations and collaborate with design and systems engineers.
