Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or science; 8+ years of experience (fewer with advanced degree).
• Hands-on expertise in battery performance evaluation of components (electrolytes, anodes, cathodes, foils, separators).
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and failure analysis.
• Experience supporting stacked pouch and cylindrical prototype builds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for multilayer and cylindrical cells through full cell qualification.
• Apply data analysis and modeling to interpret results and inform design iterations.
• Perform thorough failure analysis on prototype and qualification units.
• Support internal and external development programs by refining cell prototyping processes.
• Communicate results and plans to partners and cross-functional teams.
