Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering with a focus on battery manufacturing.
- Experience with factory layout planning and scaling manufacturing lines.
- Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing equipment designs.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the long-term equipment strategy for battery cell and pack manufacturing.
- Lead the entire equipment lifecycle from concept to production.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and assembly on automated equipment.
