Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on design, testing and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, high-voltage architectures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and commercialization of advanced rechargeable battery systems from concept to production.
• Translate requirements into manufacturable battery solutions optimizing performance, reliability and cost.
• Design battery packs, electrical architectures, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
