Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industrial and energy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing work scopes and front-end documents for bidding, including post-bid interviews and bidder questions.
• Enforces corporate safety policies on the job site and ensures field safety compliance.
• Organizes and manages day-to-day on-site labor, supervising contractor work.
• Supports the Project Manager in budget management and forecasting by controlling costs.
• Develops site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize impacts on occupants.
• Establishes and implements the project baseline schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Leads pull planning and provides six-week look-ahead reports to Project Managers and field staff.
• Communicates daily issues and progress to Project Managers and clients, building strong relationships.
