Milwaukee Tool Corporation seeks a Sr. Battery Cell Engineer to lead development and testing of Li-Ion cells for a global battery business. You will define cell specifications, support supplier qualifications, and drive roadmaps and quality initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a chemistry/engineering background, 5+ years in battery design, and travel up to 10%. You’ll work with marketing, project management, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in chemistry and chemical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in battery or charging system design or related work experience.
• Strong understanding of Li-Ion battery system design, test methods and architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
