The role requires 2–5 years of progressive installation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation operations, methods, and vehicle maintenance.
• Review installation situations with clients before, during, and after install.
• Lead installation crews responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing bath/shower systems.
• Conduct site visits and meet customers to review experience.
• Manage installation revenue and report to leadership.
• Provide leadership and training to achieve goals.
