Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Construction/Installation Manager to lead a team of installation crews in residential bath and shower remodeling projects. You will oversee installation methods, plumbing and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoicing and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of progressive installation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.

Qualifications

Progressive installation experience (2–5 years)
Leadership skills to motivate staff
Ability to relate to all levels of employees and clients
Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow

Responsibilities

Supervise all production operations including installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction
Review installation situations with clients before, during and after install
Manage Installation crews (5 crews) responsible for installing, servicing and repairing bath and shower systems
Conduct site visits and meetings with customers to review experience
Drive installation revenue and report success to leadership
Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and safety culture
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely invoicing and payment collection
Ensure safety-minded culture and safe work environment
