• 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (Residential remodel experience preferred).
• Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an installation team (5 Crews).
• Able to relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all production operations including installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing installation situations with clients before, during, and after installs.
