Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Batch Services team. You will oversee batch scheduling, Level 2 support for batch execution, and Level 3 incident resolution across mainframe and distributed systems.

The role emphasizes process improvement, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Production Control and application teams. Ideal candidates will bring 8–10 years of enterprise batch experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in enterprise batch processing and support.
Proven leadership experience in a technical environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage batch scheduling operations across multiple applications.
Provide Level 2 support for batch execution and incident resolution.

Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
