Job summary

Chenega Base & Logistics Services, LLC, Fort Stewart, GA, seeks a Project Manager (PM) Base Operations Support Services to lead BOS activities onsite. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing Base Operations Support services or contracts of similar scope, complexity, and value.
• Possess and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance (Tier 3).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all contract performance matters and maintain full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor.
• Direct and oversee all operations associated with facility maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, project work, and installation support services.
• Manage daily execution of contract requirements and ensure compliance with all PWS performance standards.
• Lead contract startup, transition-in, and transition-out activities, including personnel onboarding, property accountability, Government-furnished equipment inventories, and continuity of operations planning.
• Establish and maintain the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and associated quality assurance processes.
• Manage workforce staffing, labor utilization, subcontractors, and organizational performance to ensure mission requirements are met.
• Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables, reports, corrective action plans, and management documentation.
