cw is seeking a Lead Base Building Technician to oversee base building activities and direct two technicians. The role covers troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, with emphasis on life-safety systems. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential.

You will inspect HVAC, plumbing, fire alarms, lighting, and power distribution, and perform preventive maintenance on critical equipment while coordinating with client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related electronics/maintenance education preferred.
• Associates degree in Electronics or Industrial Maintenance encouraged but not required.
• Experience with life-safety systems is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to run base building activities and track daily work.
• Troubleshoot and repair power distribution, lighting, transformers, and wiring.
• Inspect and perform PM on generators, compressors, water heaters, pumps, and motors.
• Maintain building systems incl. fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Be available for ON CALL duties and possible holidays/weekends.
