Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Senior BAS Network Engineer to lead the architecture, security, integration, and lifecycle management of Building Automation System networks. This role interfaces with IT, cybersecurity, and field teams to deliver secure, scalable BAS solutions across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have Niagara 4 expertise, strong TCP/IP networking knowledge, and extensive experience in OT security. Travel to sites for multi-site projects is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in building automation, controls integration, BAS networking, or OT.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable BAS network architectures for facilities and multi-site customers.
• Serve as senior SME for Niagara Supervisors, JACE platforms, migrations, and lifecycle management.
• Engineer and troubleshoot BAS communications: BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus, LonWorks, SNMP.
• Diagnose complex issues across BAS and network domains using appropriate tools.
• Lead or support Niagara upgrades, migrations, and system stabilization.
• Develop secure remote access, segmentation, firewalls, certificates, and disaster recovery strategies.
