Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation Systems Manager to lead BAS strategy across 55+ facilities. You will manage a team of Building Systems Engineers, drive upgrades, standards, and cybersecurity across the portfolio, ensuring reliable, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and advancing energy efficiency and workplace comfort at scale. This is an on-site role based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience, including BAS programming and controls design.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls architecture and building performance optimization.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale BAS initiatives.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and optimization of HVAC controls and BAS across 55+ facilities.
• Manage and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers; set priorities and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee BAS upgrades and integrations; establish enterprise-wide standards and cybersecurity practices.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams to implement building improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve energy efficiency and workplace comfort.
