Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation Systems Manager to shape the technology behind its growing facilities. You will lead BAS strategy across 55+ facilities and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers, driving modernization, standards, and the adoption of emerging technologies to improve reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience, including BAS programming and controls design.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls architecture and building performance optimization.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale BAS initiatives.
Ability to travel to North American locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design and optimization of HVAC controls and BAS across 55+ facilities.
Manage and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers, setting priorities and providing technical guidance.
Oversee BAS upgrades and integrations, establishing enterprise-wide standards and cybersecurity practices.
Partner with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams to identify and execute building improvements.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve energy efficiency, system reliability and workplace comfort.
