Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation Systems Manager to shape the technology behind its growing facilities. You will lead BAS strategy across 55+ facilities and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers, driving modernization, standards, and the adoption of emerging technologies to improve reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience, including BAS programming and controls design.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls architecture and building performance optimization.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale BAS initiatives.
• Ability to travel to North American locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and optimization of HVAC controls and BAS across 55+ facilities.
• Manage and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers, setting priorities and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee BAS upgrades and integrations, establishing enterprise-wide standards and cybersecurity practices.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams to identify and execute building improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve energy efficiency, system reliability and workplace comfort.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale building automation initiatives.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.
