Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation Systems Manager to shape the BAS strategy across 55+ facilities. You will lead a team of Building Systems Engineers, driving HVAC controls modernization, standardization, and integrations to improve energy efficiency and reliability.

You will collaborate with Operations, Facilities and Construction to identify improvements and implement them enterprise-wide, while evaluating new technologies for better workplace comfort and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of BAS experience including BAS programming and controls design.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building performance optimization.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and optimization of HVAC controls and BAS across 55+ facilities.
• Manage and develop a team of Building Systems Engineers; set priorities and guidance.
• Oversee BAS upgrades and ensure enterprise-wide standards and cybersecurity practices.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams to drive improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to boost energy efficiency and reliability.
