Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a BAS Controls Technician, Building Automation, or HVAC Controls role.
• Niagara N4 certification OR practical Distech Controls experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, DDC controls, and building automation technology.
• Experience with BAS programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and control schematics.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, program, commission, and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems.
• Work with Niagara N4 and/or Distech Controls platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve complex BAS and HVAC control system issues.
• Perform system upgrades, integrations, and commissioning.
• Interpret control drawings, electrical schematics, and sequences of operation.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and system optimisation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and other field technicians.
