Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of related experience in HVAC controls or building automation.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Licenses or training as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide technician support for Building Automation Systems (BAS), service contracts, system upgrades, and controls-related service requests.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Maintain BAS by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, and programming; commission installations.
• Provide training and follow-ups for customers and operations personnel.
• Complete work orders and verify with customers for accuracy.
