Job summary

You will build guest relationships, promote specials, and work closely with the team to maintain brand standards, SOPs, and a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus prior bartending experience and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits.
• POS and computer skills required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain licenses and certifications as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar and lounges, and represent the brand as a Casa de Montecristo ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features, benefits and promotions.
• Assist in operations including accurate pouring, stock control and product maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and state/local regulations; maintain visuals and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to exceed KPIs and sales goals.
