Job summary

Casa de Montecristo is seeking a bartender to deliver an exceptional guest experience across its bar, lounge and location. You will embody the Casa de Montecristo brand, build relationships with guests, and communicate product features, promotions and recommendations.

You will drive sales and KPI results as part of a team, maintain product knowledge, assist in store operations, and ensure a clean, safe environment in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• POS and/or computer skills needed
• Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits. Bartender certification a plus (or required if applicable)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Hands on team player with a strong work-ethic
• Maintain license and certifications as required by state.
• Passionate and persistent about a delivering a stellar guest experience.
• A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals
• Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to a frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Serves as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Demonstrate drive for results and exceed sales and KPI goals as part of a team.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in store operations including pouring, stock control and product maintenance.
• Execute corporate initiatives efficiently and timely.
• Maintain brand image through cleanliness and a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
