Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Aim for sales and KPI targets as part of a high-performing team.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in store operations including pouring, stock control and product maintenance.
