This full-time management role requires at least 3 years in bar management, a background in craft cocktails, TOAST POS experience, and a current TABC certification; salary ranges from $48,000 to $56,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years in bar or F&B management with craft cocktails.
• Experience with TOAST or similar POS; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all bar revenue centers and manage inventory.
• Lead bar staff, hire, onboard, schedule, and develop team.
• Ensure compliance with TABC regulations and safety standards.
